I successfully install Vista as dual-boot in seperate partion and seperate
drive. After installation Vista appears to run okay and performs updates okay.
My problem comes after I perform a restart. This when corrupt files start
displaying an alert. One of the files was ieuser.exe. Also when trying to
restart again get an error requesting a CHKDSK on the Vista partition.
during the CHKDSK it identifies file 1830 as a problem.
Restart after CHKDSK looks like a good start then a quick dump appears on
the screen which disppears so fast you can't read it, then crashes and goes
into another restart.
It has taken me about four installs to get this far. My question is why
does Vista crash during restart, when the installation was successful?
