reastoring lost files

i have some problems in my computer and i think it's
because of a virus which delted some of my system files,
i know there's some software in windows which can restore
these files, can you tell me what is that software or
someother way to do that?

start > run > type "sfc /scannow" > ok, have your system
disk ready.
