Reassign drive letters

I run XP Home and have reassigned drive letters in the
past but have forgotten how. Anyone help with detailed
steps will be appreciated. Merry Christmas and Thanks,

Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management. Click
Disk Management, then right-click the drive you want to change.

I think my technician assigns the letters right when he

loads windows but i can rename the drives just by right
clicking them and that helps me a lot
