rearrange folders

Is it possible to rearrange the order of the folders in Windows Mail? I
don't like 'sent', 'outbox', 'deleted' down at the bottom and would prefer to
have them at the top like in Outlook Express 6.

Try "drag/drop" while working in the Folder List (the left hand panel). If
you don't have the Folder List panel displayed, click View/Layout and put a
check mark in it.

That didn't work, I get the circle with the line through it. I also tried to
rename them, but that option is greyed out.
