realtime works, but no scan or main window? help?

realtime protection seems tow rok, but if i right click and
choose scan i get nothing, if i right click and choose open
microsoft Antispyware i get a loading box for a second then
it disappears :-/

Have you tried reinstalling in a non-default location such as c:\msas.
