Really weird behavior

I've got an application written in VB .NET 2003

When I run it on my computer, everything is fine but when I run it on my
brother's computer, the background color of the form is black and I can't
see anything. The background color used for the form is supposed to be
white... I didn't make the program myself, but I'm sure that the color is
NOT a system color but a real color.

I checked anyway the system's color scheme, just in case but it was not
it...

What can be wrong ?!

Please, help us!
