Hi

This is a life or death matter !.

I have built an access application that is connecting to a mysql database.
On my computer it is connecting fine (access2k) - but in another, more
crucial computer (access 2002) there is a connection problem.

The error is 2147024769 which seems to suggest a problem with oledb32.dll .
Is there any way of telling what version of this file is on the computer

Use My Computer... Search to find the file (if it's not in
WINDOWS\SYSTEM or the equivalent folder for your OS); right mouseclick
the file and view its Properties. There's a Version tab.

This sounds like a matter for MySQL.
