Really Strange

This is really strange. I click on IE and it opens to the home page which is
"www.msn.com", and it opens just fine. If I click on any of the links on the
page, or if I type in any other website, the bar across the bottom shows it's
loading, and when its finished loading, but before it can display the new
page, IE closes. I went into the IE properties from the desktop and changed
the home page to "www.yahoo.com". Then when I click on IE it starts to open
and just when it is about to show the Yahoo page IE instantly closes. Any
thoughs as to what is causing this would be very much appreciated.
