realaccount, collaborative data objects or CDO.DLL

I installed Realaccount for outlook and now I need the CDO.DLL for
collaborative data objects. I tried al lot but I cant start Realaccount.
 
Run Outlook/Office setup to install CDO from the Outlook components list in
a custom installation.
