Real time update

Hi,

I have a stupid simple quetion and need few hints.
Is it possible in access to have real time update of data from back end
SQL server?
I have a front end ms access db and a back end sql db linked through
odbc.

Just want to drill further on my question..
I meants, if there is a process that updates my data in backend
database, that should also change that data in realtime inside a form
or query in ms access.
