Real Time Protection

My real time protection is offmarked inactive

When I try and activate it I get this message


" Could not activate the security agents "

Can anyone explain ?

I cannot explain this as Ive not seen this error message
before, Its worth trying to do a repair and see if this
corrects the problem (Start Menu>Control Panel>Add/Remove
programs> MS Antispy)

Click MS Antispy and you will see the line "Click Here
For Support Information" Click this and then
press "Repair" and see if that enables all protection

Let us know if it continues after this.
