Real time protection won't activate

I loaded the 615 updated version and when I try to
activate the real time protection nothing happens. I've
tried to activate directly from the task bar icon
by "right clicking" and choosing "activate" and I've
launched the application and tried to click on each of
the 3 agents.

Any ideas?
