When I try to "view blocked events" it just clocks
indefinitely. I just installed this beta and have run
only 1 scan. I'm pretty sure that nothing has been
blocked by the agents, yet. However, this appears to be a
bug.
 
The best recommendation is to just wait and hope it pops up. In my installed
copy of MSAS, it takes forever to go back to the Scan Page if I got to
another area of the application. You can always uninstall and reinstall to
see if it fixes the problem. Have you been able to access it in Safe Mode?
Also try the following:

Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
