real time agent

Hi can anyone please tell me why real time agent keeps
switching itself off when I activate it. I do know that
I had a mailware attack and spyware got into the system
even though I thought I was protected but every time I
remove them, real time switches off and allows them back
in. Many thanks.

Hi Trevor

1) Open up a command prompt (stªrt -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without
the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
4) If that fails, install VB6 runtime files:
