Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab. Scroll down a bit
until you see the checkbox marked 'Go button on address
bar' (or something similar). Check the box. Click Ok.
Though why would you want the Go button to appear? It does
the same thing as hitting the Enter key on your keyboard.
It's just another piece of cruft taking up space.
