just looking for ready invocing application, ms access database as
back-end and c based gui as front end. Just basic features, like
printing invoices, customer database, product database, record payments
receipts, etc Access forms(and apps based on ms access forms)d are
fully crap and shit, so just need normal c based gui.

You posted this in an Access-related newsgroup? You might have better luck
checking in a 'group dedicated to supporting C...

Very few people who post in this newsgroup do "normal c based gui" because,
if you are correct about Access Forms, we seem to be operating under the
misconception that our users, customers, and clients are perfectly happy
with them.

Just for the record, you aren't looking for a C application with an Access
database back-end, but a C application with a Jet database back end (but,
getting that wrong is no mark of shame, as even Microsoft miscalls them).

Jeff's advice is good -- seek the invoicing application in a C newsgroup...
no Access is required in your scenario. Visual Studio includes the necessary
support for Jet databases for all supported languages. Oh, and one other
suggestion: you will increase your chances of getting help if avoid telling
people in a newsgroup, in your first post, "your baby's ugly" while
concurrently asking their help.
