Reading/Writing Excel Files

Hi,

Are there any samples/tutorials on how to read, write and
process Excel spreadsheet files?

I need to write an ASP.NET app to write data to an Excel
spreadsheet and also read and process data in an Excel
spreadsheet. If you can point me to a good starting point
(tutorial, sample, etc.) that would be greatly appreciated.
