reading php files

i saved some files on floppy disk and i did it using win 98 now updated to
win 2000 and it tells me quikview.exe is not installed. how do i read these
files from floppy to win 2000. hhhheeellllpppp please

PHP files are plain text. You can view them with Notepad or any other
text editor.
 
quickvu does not come with Windows 2000 and there is only one safe way to have it. Install Windows NT4 then upgrade it to Windows 2000. If you do that then you will have quickvu.

Well, you could buy QuickView Plus, which is the commercail version. I
can't say that I really recommend it, though. The interface is somewhat
clunky and I don't use it very often.
