Reading Pane

I went to view to remove the reading pane and the button
is greyed out. Does anyone know what I need to do to
make the button work? I have tried many things.

Is this home use or corporate use?

If you are in a corporate environment there is a chance
that it could be a Group Policy that restricts you from
using the Reading Pane.

We've done that as part of our Office 2003 upgrade.
