Reading Pane in Outlook

I am using the Custom Installation Wizard to hopefully install Office 2003 on
a large scale accross our network. The Custom Installation Wizard is helpful
since there are many default settings in Office that I am not very pleased
with.

A major one that I would like to change is in Outlook, the default position
of the Reading Pane is not how I want it configured. However, I have scoured
through the Outlook Office User Settings in the CIW and haven't found an
option to change the setting, and also the CIW doesn't seem to pick it up
when I use a custom profile on the MST file.

My question is this, Is it possible to have the Custom Installation Wizard
change the position of the reading pane in Outlook 2003? And if so, how?
