Reading Palm files into Outlook

I'm converting from a Palm PDA to a Pocket PC 2003 based
PDA. How do I add all the addresses, etc. from the Palm
Desktop directly into Outlook.
 
You need to install the PocketMirror software from Chapura included on most
Palm OS CDs. You can then synch with OUtlook when you choose that option
during the installation.
