What triggered the problem: Outlook was shutting down when saw a
message I wanted to read and clicked on it to open it. (Bad idea in
hindsight.)
Problem: Now when I go to read a message, I get a square dialogue box
with options like View, Reply, etc. However, when I click on View for
example, it gives me a whole bunch of other choices (Previous, Next,
etc.), but never the message I want to read itself. The only way I
can read the message is to put Outlook into full-screen mode.
Request: How do I undo what I did so I can again read messages just
by clicking on them. (Restarting Outlook & computer doesn't help.)
Thanks!
