I can copy Outlook messages to a Windows folder (e.g. the desktop) by
dragging them there from Outlook. I also used to be able to read those copies
afterward by double-clicking them. If I dragged a message to a shared folder
(again, not an Outlook folder), anyone with access to that folder could use
their Windows Explorer, double-click the message, and open it. I cannot open
these message copies any more. Nor can I drag such messages from the desktop
into an Outlook folder. What settings do I need to change? The icons shown
are the same as before (a yellow envelope showing its rear side). I am using
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8206.8202) SP 3.
