Reading Mac formatted disc

I have a Family Tree Maker file in GEDCOM format recorded
on a Mac formatted Zip disc. I want to transfer the file
to my PC which uses Windows XP but the PC can't read the
disc in Mac format. Is there any PC software that will
enable me to do this?
