Reading emails (Outlook) into access (2003)

Hi:

I need to export outlook emails into access automatically (command button).
The only information I really need is the email address (from) and the
subject. Other information like date/time and perhaps the body would be
nice at a later time. Can anyone point me in the correct direction please.
