I copied my email folders onto a CD and now I am trying to read them with a different computer. When the box pops up showing the possible programs to open the dbx files with, Outlook Express is not one of them. How can I add Outlook Express to the "Open this file with" pane

(I understand that I can import these files....however, I don't want them stored on this computer...I just want to be able to read them!)

You have to import them. DBX is OE's message store. OE doesn't "open" them as word opens Doc files.

You can restore individual folders.

Look under Single Folder.
