reading AOL email in outlook 2002

I have set up outlook to work with my aol email account. when i click
send/recieve it retieves my email from aol but all I get is the header. when
i try to read the email either by opening it or in preview pan the body of
the message is not there. Do I have something set wrong? I am using outlook
2002

Open your send/receive group properties and see if you have enabled the
option to "Download the complete item".
