Read Receipts

I have Outlook 2000, and Under Tracking Options I have unchecked "Process
Receipts on Arrival". It is still sending receipts though. I notice I cannot
check "Never send a response". It is all grayed out and says "This iption
only applies to messages coming through Internet E-Mail Transports."

Are you using am Internet transport or are you using Exchange?
