Read Receipt Reactivation of Message

Some time in the past I have ticked the box to always send a read receipt. I
would now like to be prompted each time.

Can anyone tell me how to get the message back??

I'm using 2003

It's in the same place you ticked that box - Tools-Options-Email
Options-Tracking Options. At the bottom.
