Read Receipt Button

How can I add a Read Receipt button to an Outlook 2003 toolbar? I can't seem
to find it anywhere in the normal toolbar customization stuff. Iwould like
to be able to click this button to get a receipt on selected emails I send
out.

Use the View->Options to select this for specific emails.
