Hello, my problem is this : All my folders are readonly
and when i click archive on the properties box.. and then
press ok.. its still readonly.. i installed norton anti-
virus to check but its made no difference.. is there a
setting that controls this ? any help would be appricated

I can't help you, but I am having the same problem. I
can't back-up a data file to the RW drive. The cd is
visible in explorer, but I get a message that "?? is read
only"! I'm not sure if it is the folder I'm trying to
archive or the CD! The data info on the CD says it is read-
only and I don't know how to change that attribute.
