read only message

I have a protected sheet, in that some cell are protected, it is used b
others also. What i wanted to know is, if somebody click one of thes
protected cells, then the message comes as : 'this particular cell i
protected therefore read only'. Is it possible to avoid this message
i dont want these message to come everytime hitting these cells.

If you have Excel 2002 or 2003, you can set up Protection parameters when you
go to Tools>Protect Sheet.

Uncheck "select locked cells"

Users cannot click on or attempt to make changes to these locked cells.

Hi,

Two things: 1) you could color or highlight the
unlocked cells to give your users a visual cue not
to click on locked cells.

2) when protecting your sheet, uncheck "Select Locked
Cells" - users won't be able to click on locked cells.

sorry, its my explanation fault, my question is nearby, let all th
users click those cells, i have protected those cells, my sheets ar
protected by passwords. But i dont want to get those warning messag
even if myself trying to click those protected cells.
How to avoid those warning message, any possibility
