read only form problem

Hi
I've created a form in Access, and can input some
information direct to the tables, but when I try to do it
via the form, it tells me that the form is read-only. I've
checked the fields, and they all have "Enabled: Yes"
and "Locked: No", is there anywhere else that would
control this?

Is the form's "allow additions" property set to "true"?
