When I click on Read Mail in the Toolbar on Internet Explorer, there is no
response. I removed the Read Mail command then added it again but it is
still the same. How do I get Read Mail to work.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults.
Go to Default Programs, which you can access either from the Start
menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item: "Set your default
programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on Windows Mail.
If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults" then fix it by
clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

As long as you are there anyway, repeat the same thing for Internet Explorer.

Click Start, select Default Programs
Click Set program access and computer defaults
Click Custom, and select Windows Mail
Click OK

Then, follow these steps:

Click Set your default programs
Select your mail client from the list
Click Set this program as default
Click OK
