Read E-Mail Messages in Plain Text

We have some systems running outlook 2002 but we cannot see any way to set
default in-coming messages to only display as plain text. We only see this
setting in Outlook 2003.
Any help would be appreciated.

That is correct. This options is only available as a registry key in Outlook
2002
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Options\Mail]
DWORD READASPLAIN=1
