When I try to add a machine to the network, I get the
message "reached the limit of number of domain accounts to
create". How do I increase this number or simply turn
this feature of.

Each user can add up to 10 computer accounts to domain. If you want some
user to add more computer accounts, grant him/her Create Computer Objects
permission.
