Reach components on ComponentTray at Run-time?

Hello,

Is it possible to reach the components at run-time which are placed into
component-tray at design-time? If yes, can anybody lead me a way to do this?

The component tray is a construction of the IDE for the convienience of the
design process and doesn't exist at runtime.

Objects seen in the component tray will be available as properties or
variables of your form class at runtime.
