Re-syncing a form when a popup closes

I'm sure this is an FAQ, but I didn't see it in any of the usual places.

I have a form that opens in a new window on a double-click. After they edit
the form they click Save, and I save changes and close the form.

Ok, all I need to do is send a "refresh" (or whatever you suggest) to the
form that opened the popup. I tried forms.[name of form] but that didn't do
it.
