Re-setting Numeric Fieldsizes in Access 2002

Can anyone tell me how to re-size the fieldsize setting?
It's just for a field for phone numbers and I have it set
for numeric, long integer, and I keep getting error
message.

Duane Hookom

You should store phone numbers in a text field. Open the table in design
view and change the field properties. I always recommend backing up your mdb
file prior to any major changes like this.
