More detailed --- You will find it in Tools > Trust Center > Add-Ins > Select
"Exchange Client Extensions" from the drop down at the bottom of the page and
click GO.

David's solution was a great help! Also, note that if you're using Outlook
2007, you need to go to Tools->Trust Center->Add-ins. At the bottom, click
through the possible items to Manage (COM Add-ins, Exchange Client
Extensions, and Disabled Items), click Go for each, and one of these will
have a checkmark next to Symantec 10x. Uncheck that.
