I tried what you said. Now I get a message that says OE
could not be started. The application was unable to
initialize the store directory. Your computer may be out
of memory or your disk is full.(which it is not)

Help!

Find a file called FOLDERS.DBX and rename it to OLD.
This is a hidden file on WinXP machines.
