Re-installing XP-Home, invalid Key

I am attempting to re-install XP-Home on a Dell PC. The
product key fields are pre-populated with the Product Key
listed on the COA. However, when I click the next button
a window pops-up stating that the product key is invalid.

What can I do?

Contact Dell. Microsoft does not, cannot and will not assist with OEM
installations. The Dell set up is completely proprietary and can only be
serviced by them. All support, including replacement keys and media, is the
responsibility of the OEM - no support will be given by MS.
