Re-installing windows XP

I need to re-install windows XP Pro on a thinkpad R50 I have. it has
its COA sticker on trhe backside however I do not have an installation
cd. Can i download a CD image or have MS mail me an appropriate
installation disc if I contact them with my COA on the back of the
laptop? thanks for your help.

IBM computer is only valid with IBM's recommended
restore or recovery CD. Contact IBM support for
assistance in obtaining a replacement CD.
