Re-installing outlook data files after clean install

I need to do a clean install on computer. It took me a while but I've found
the location of my data files.

Can someone please advise me how to restore my data files once I've
completed my clean install and re-installed Microsoft office.

I use Windows XP and I'll be using Office 2003.
