Re-Install XP Pro on new computer.

I recently installed pro on one computer and it keeps crashing do to
hardware, now I have another computer that I am installing and junking other
computer, will I be able to transfer the activiation?

As long as it's not an OEM version [Dell, HP, etc]
Those are 'tied' to the motherboard of that system.
A Retail copy, yes.

Not a OEM.... excellent!!!! Anything special that I need to do once I have it
loaded?

There may be an issue if it was activated in the last 120 days.
If it wasn't then there *should* not be one.
If there is any activation issue just call MS and tell them that the
original system it was activated on is dead and that you've installed it
to a new one.
