How to make a shortcut to the "clipbrd"?

Start>Run - then type in "clipbrd" - without the quotes. File>Save As.

To create a Quick Launch shortcut:

Right click in an empty space on the QL bar and select 'Open Folder'. Then right click and select New>Shortcut - at the first screen enter the following:

%systemroot%\system32\clipbrd.exe
