Your workbook is likely corrupted.

You can try this set of steps.

1. Open the file
2. Save-as filetype Webpage
3. Close the file
4. Open the html file
5. Save-as normal Excel workbook.

See if that addresses your problems.

If not, you might want to begin creating a duplicate workbook while you
still can.

Select and copy your worksheets to a new workbook. Use copy and then Edit
Past Special Formulas. Avoid copying over formats, as formats often contain
the corruption.
