You can change the sheet tab size which increases font size, through changing
Windows Appearance settings for Scrollbars which affects all programs running
under Windows.

To change the font color or type would require using a different color scheme
and/or Theme than what you are currently using and would affect all programs
running under Windows.

In short, cannot be done through Excel alone.
