Easiest way is to download the Windows Media 9 encoder from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24&DisplayLang=en
Then just follow the wizard through to convert a file selecting either
variable or constant bitrates/bandwidth depending on your needs. This should
shrink the files down from standard avi file size by a great deal. If you
don't mind putting the files inside zip archives you could create a new
compressed zip folder (right click > new >compressed zip folder) and place
the video files inside.
