At some point you will have had Sage on the machine as that is what Excel is
looking for

I would look under Tools>Add-ins... and see if there is anything there to
uncheck related to sage, other than that you will need sage support to
remove it if you can find nothing under Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove
programs in windows
